It’s hard to find adequate words to describe how much my husband and I loved staying at Ness Lodge. The hosts are absolutely fantastic! Zoe made a dinner reservation for us at the Drumossie Hotel and it was our favorite meal experience in Scotland. I recommend taking their food recommendations to heart because they know their stuff! The home was so cozy, modern, and beautiful that we never wanted to leave! Ness Lodge is a must-stay if you’re in Inverness. You won’t find a better place!

This is the best place we have ever stayed. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has every amenity you could want and more. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming and they provided a fantastic welcome basket and well stocked fridge. The location is ideal (right on the river Ness and only 10 min walk to the center of town). There is lots of room to park a rental car on site and the location is ideal for day trips to the Highlands or to nearby Speyside distilleries. The location is also beautiful and quiet. Book now if you can!!

Well what can I say….. Where do I even start!!
Just WOW 🤩 The hosts were the loveliest friendly people you would ever wish to meet totally genuine & helpful. Both the lodges were absolutely beautiful, sparklingly clean designed and finished to a very high standard, the beds & the bedding was an absolute delight to sleep in. They thought of everything for a perfect stay from really nice products in the bathroom to a fabulous welcome hamper and stocked fridge. Breath taking location too, overlooking the River Ness and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back 😀

A really wonderful place to stay to explore Inverness. The location is ideal for getting into the city centre but still manages to be quiet and tranquil. There’s some great walks along the riverbank and a large, open park right on your doorstep. The facilities in the cabin are very good and of a high standard. The lodge was really well stocked with high quality goodies; food/drink and quality soaps/shampoos. There’s some really thoughtful touches, like brollies to borrow, too. I’ll be booking again – highly recommended.

From the moment we checked in until we left both Zoe and Billy were absolute brilliant – such genuinely lovely people and you will want for nothing during your stay in either of the rooms at Ness Lodge. The log cabin is cozy and rustic with nice, modern touches. Ness Lodge is a bit more modern in terms of decor. Everything is kept spotlessly clean in both. The beds are comfy, shower good and Wi-Fi very quick. All rooms are equipped with the essentials for your stay – and the kitchen/fridge is well stocked with a nice complimentary food and drinks. The photos don’t even do justice to how nice the lodges are – it really is the perfect setting for chilling with the wood burning stove on.

Incredible stay at Ness Lodge! Perfect location right on the river and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The home was very clean and Zoe was helpful with anything we needed. Will be coming back!

We loved everything about our stay here (Ness Lodge). The lodge is beautifully designed, with comfortable and stylish furniture, the kitchen was fully stocked on arrival, and everything immaculately clean. Most importantly, the hosts Zoe and Billy were very attentive and helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay here was as comfortable as possible

Would recommend to anyone to stay here. We were in the Ness Lodge, but the Wee Lodge looked amazing. Incredible hosts with top notch hospitality. Welcome basket to set you up for success, all-star accommodations and a perfect location.

I’m easy to please (just do the basics for me but brilliantly please), however I am also extremely fussy – show me attention to detail – in other words I notice things.
So what actually warrants a Michelin Star? It’s simple really… do whatever you are doing with love! If you are preparing food, then prepare and serve it as you would for your own family–with love! That is how organisations achieve a Michelin Star. So superhost Zoe – I award you a Michelin Star👏👏👏
You host for AirB&B as though you are hosting for those who are nearest and dearest to you. You do it with love. I guess you find happiness in delighting others?
If you read my trip advisor reviews you will find I “say it as I see it”, with courtesy and respect of course. I believe It is only fair to share experiences truthfully so people and organisations can learn. Fastidiously clean (I’m pedantic about hygiene), excellence in quality of furnishings, design and thoughtfulness! Soaps and accoutrements are tasteful and ooze quality in every particular. My wife calls me the relentless improver… and for Wee Ness Lodge I am lost for words as to how to improve things – that’s a first!!
I’m not going to list all the extras, facilities and attention to detail – way too many of them at Wee Ness Lodge. Thank you Zoe, you absolutely made our special occasion. Enjoy my award of a Michelin Star… I have never ever presented one before 😀. To the reader – make this your first choice of accommodation in the Scottish Highlands🙂 One last thought, I wonder where Zoe learnt such skills, she could share so much knowledge with others in the hospitality sector.

We stayed here for 5 nights in this gorgeous place! Zoe & Billy go far and beyond to make this one of the most fabulous places we have ever stayed! The PERFECT Getaway! We spent 3 nights at Wee Ness Lodge. Its a beautiful really modern little lodge. Cristal clean and very well equipped. Truly feels like home. The area is really quiet at night, however you’ll only need to walk 5-10 minutes to get to the city centre with great restaurants and bars. The hosts Zoe and Billy are really welcoming with great knowledge of the area. The kitchen and the fridge were filled up so our breakfast was sorted every morning. The welcome hamper stuffed with extra goodies was the cherry on top! We will definitely be back if we visit Inverness again! 🥰

Wee Ness Lodge was our home for 5 nights and we are agreed that it’s the best BnB we’ve ever stayed in! Zoe and Billy are lovely hosts, full of helpful, cheery ideas. The accomodation is beautiful; everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. The Welcome basket as well as the cupboard were full of breakfast goodies, ‘in case you run out of shortbread – and you will run out of shortbread’. The fridge was well stocked and Billy even came over and laid a fire one night while we were out at dinner.

Stay here if you can!
We had an absolutely lovely stay! It was at the end of a hectic trip and was a refuge, we loved the ability to grab takeaway from town and relax in our own place to decompress. We adored the space, it was so well appointed and private. The well stocked kitchen was so appreciated. I loved reading in the morning with breakfast on the porch in the sun. We took advantage of having a washing machine to stretch our wardrobe. The location was superb. We walked into town to shop, grab food and enjoyed a wonderful river walk.
Would highly recommend staying here!

Checked in to Wee Ness Lodge – exquisite attention to detail, the warmest of welcomes from Zoe the Superhost… A fire lit; bubbly and beer chilling in the fridge… overlooking the River Ness and just a short stroll from Inverness city centre…
